New 'Final Fantasy' game coming to Wii

The latest game in the 'Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles' series has been given a release date in Japan, with a stateside date expected soon.

The game, titled "Echoes in Time," was revealed in the latest issue of Japanese comic Shonen Jump, which indicated that the game would be released for Nintendo Wii and DS on January 29 in Japan.

I'm not much for math, but here's an equation you can't argue: Pirates + Ninjas + Dodgeball = Awesome.

Announced today the E3 gaming convention, 'Pirates vs. Ninjas Dodgeball' is coming to the Nintendo Wii. Already slated for release on Xbox 360 via its download service, PVND will hit Wii in a boxed version this winter.

New 'Bond' game takes gunplay online

The franchise that set the bar for both action movies and multiplayer shooting video games is attempting to raise the bar for the latter yet again.

"James Bond: Quantum of Solace," set to be released in concert with the movie of the same name, will feature online, multiplayer action on Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360.

New Mega Man to recapture 8-bit glory

Capcom announced in July that it was reviving the Mega Man series on the current generation of consoles... except it would look like a game on the original generation of consoles.

Mega Man 9, which will hit Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360 via their respective download services in September, is a direct addition to the series, borrowing graphics and gameplay from the 8-bit games for the original NES.
