Many summer-blockbusters ago, the fourth installment in the Indiana Jones series had adventure flick fans flocking to theaters. A whole summer worth of action later, and Indy is ready to re-up for the fall -- this time on DVD and Blu-Ray.

"Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" will hit store shelves on Oct. 14 in both standard DVD and Blu-Ray flavors, as well as part of the series' new four-film box set.
The two-disc DVD set will be loaded with hours of extra content, a norm for releases from George Lucas and Steven Spielberg. In addition to the behind-the-scenes featurettes and documentaries, the Blu-Ray set will feature three interactive timelines which include looks at the production history and the real history of "Crystal Skull."

And for those of you looking for minimal Harrison Ford as the whip-cracking archeologist, a single disc DVD will also be available.
